It's that time of year when cold winds blow;

December has already brought sleet and snow.

Heavy coats, gloves and warm caps,

warm, wooly throws for afternoon naps.

As usual, our kitties have shown the way

to sleep away a really bad day.

Snow flakes and sleigh bells and holiday lights,

little green elves in little green tights.

Tinsel and trees, mistletoe and holly,

bell ringing santas, ho hoing and jolly.

Signs of the season are all around;

some are silly; some profound.

It's a time of giving, caring and sharing,

of cards and gifts and carols blaring.

This greeting comes from us to you

to cheer you if you're feeling blue.

We love you and miss you and want you to know

that knowing you makes our hearts glow!

May your holidays be merry; your new year be bright

with love and friendship, joy and light.
